The low academic performance is a level in which a student is when he/she obtains an average lower than 3.0 over 5.0 and is caused by learning difficulties, bad habits, absence of study techniques and methods and deficiencies in some areas, mainly in quantum and reading-writing.
For the above mentioned, it is necessary to carry out an investigation that allows to know this situation and from there, to propose strategies and actions to overcome this situation and to show its commitment with the academic quality of the Business Administration Program of the Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñéz 1P2012. |

La presente investigación se centró en analizar el desempeño académico, en aquellos estudiantes que no han podido alcanzar los niveles mínimos exigidos. El desempeño académico es explicado por variables como: hábitos, métodos, técnicas de estudio y aptitud. El bajo desempeño académico es un nivel en que un estudiante se encuentra cuando obtiene un promedio inferior a 3.0 sobre 5.0 y es ocasionado por dificultades de aprendizaje, malos hábitos, ausencia de técnicas y métodos de estudio y deficiencias en algunas áreas principalmente en la cuántica y en lecto-escritura. Por lo anteriormente expuesto, hace necesario adelantar una investigación que permita conocer esta situación y a partir de allí, proponer las estrategias y acciones para superar esta situación y mostrar su compromiso con la calidad académica, del Programa de Administración de Empresas de la Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñéz 1P2012.
