Description
Summary:This research sought to propose a reengineering design of the administrative process of the real estate management area for the optimization of human and financial resources in a telecommunications company in the city of Medellín, making a diagnosis of the activities that make up the process and identifying the causes of poor integration between companies. The methodology used is qualitative, descriptive and exploratory in scope, through the application of 7 semi-structured interviews to the collaborators of the administrative process in the area of real estate management, who were questioned for aspects such as: characteristics of the process, causes of problems around the merger, strategies for improvement and optimization in financial and human resources terms to carry out the diagnosis. Also, the business process reengineering methodology would be used - in English BPR, for the formulation and redesign of the real estate management process. The partial results indicate that the lack of defining the activities of the real estate management process since it is the most recurring problems of the company. Likewise, there were difficulties in the integration of the companies, showing that there are no defined objectives since each company continues to work with its own policies, generating waste of resources.
