| description | The objective of this document is to carry out analysis of triadic thinking and its relationship with sociodemographic variables of the Business Administration students of the Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña University - UFPSO. The research started from the application of Waldemar De Gregori's methodological test and investigation of sociodemographic characteristics of the studied population. The results achieved allowed us to conclude that the UFPSO Business Administration students present a proportionality in the three types of minds despite the different social and demographic conditions in which they are found. However, it could also be seen that, slightly, there are quite emotional and good students generating ideas but not very risky in executing the action. |

El objetivo de este documento es realizar análisis del pensamiento tríadico y su relación con variables sociodemográficas de los estudiantes de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña - UFPSO. La investigación partió de la aplicación de la prueba metodológica de Waldemar De Gregori e indagación de características sociodemográficas de la población estudiada. Los resultados conseguidos permitieron concluir que los estudiantes de Administración de Empresas de la UFPSO presentan una proporcionalidad en los tres tipos de mente a pesar de las diferentes condiciones sociales y demográficas en las que se encuentran. No obstante, también se pudo apreciar que, levemente, hay estudiantes bastante emocionales y buenos generando ideas, pero poco arriesgados en la ejecución de la acción.
