Summary:The purpose of this research was to analyze the implications of entrepreneurship in strengthening the administrative and organizational management of Wayuu artisans in the District of Riohacha, Department of La Guajira. Methodologically, the research had a descriptive approach, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional, field design. For which a sample made up of 47 weavers with settlement in the District of Riohacha was worked. In this study, aspects related to the costumbrista, ancestral condition of the Wayuu artisans were considered. Which affect the adoption of generationally inherited customs, which affects in a certain way what business does, in terms of administrative, operational, financial, commercial and production processes, as well as through the functionality and opportunity offered by the Entrepreneurship sought the strengthening, structuring and organization of processes based on the rules and principles established by experts in the context of administration, in order that the production processes led by Wayuu clans enjoy a business organization that allows them to produce and market products with high standards of quality and innovation, and thus contribute to the generation of employment, economic and financial returns.
