| description | The research aimed to propose innovative territorial foresight strategies to strengthen Gámeza's competitiveness by 2038. A qualitative approach was adopted with a participatory action research approach, replicating the community-based territorial strategic foresight model. Secondary sources, such as scientific databases (Scopus and Google Scholar) and government information, were used to gather information. Regarding primary sources, focus groups were used, along with instruments such as brainstorming and the SWOT matrix. Subsequently, a structural analysis and a stakeholder analysis were systematized using MICMAC and MACTOR software. The resulting scenario was constructed: "Gámeza 2038: Smart and Sustainable Agrotourism Destination." In conclusion, the application of the community-based territorial strategic foresight model facilitated the formulation of innovative strategies and also promoted community empowerment in the projected scenario. Through participatory methodologies, the capacity of local stakeholders to visualize their future, identify development opportunities, and take an active role in territorial transformation was strengthened, consolidating a collaborative and sustainable governance model. |

La investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer estrategias prospectivas territoriales innovadoras para fortalecer la competitividad de Gámeza al 2038. Se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo con un abordaje de investigación-acción participativa, replicando el modelo prospectivo estratégico territorial comunitario. Para la recopilación de información, se emplearon fuentes secundarias, como bases de datos científicas (Scopus y Google Académico) e información gubernamental. En cuanto a las fuentes primarias, se utilizó la técnica de focus group y se aplicaron instrumentos como la lluvia de ideas y la matriz DOFA. Posteriormente, se llevaron a cabo un análisis estructural y un análisis de juego de actores, los cuales fueron sistematizados mediante los softwares MICMAC y MACTOR. Como resultado, se construyó el escenario apuesta: "Gámeza 2038: Destino Agroturístico Sostenible e Inteligente". En conclusión, la aplicación del modelo prospectivo estratégico territorial comunitario facilitó la formulación de estrategias innovadoras, Además, promovió el empoderamiento de la comunidad en la apropiación del escenario proyectado. A través de metodologías participativas, se fortaleció la capacidad de los actores locales para visualizar su futuro, identificar oportunidades de desarrollo y asumir un rol activo en la transformación del territorio, consolidando un modelo de gobernanza colaborativa y sostenible.
