The results show that 65% of the leaders have low or very low knowledge about the subject, being necessary the strengthening of skills and knowledge that allows them to be guarantor of the development processes in their territories. It is the responsibility of the administrative entity to find strategic allies that allow them to strengthen the competencies of this community leaders in order to implement projects that stimulate economies through solidarity initiatives, wich can be meant as a mechanism for territorial development, where the presidents of Acción Board are who encourage such actions. |

La investigación realizada tuvo como objetivo principal reconocer el grado de conocimiento que poseen los presidentes de Junta de Acción Comunal de la zona rural sobre Economía Solidaria, para ello se encuestaron líderes comunales que representan las veredas del municipio de Ocaña, Colombia. Con la información recolectada se establecieron tres clústeres y un indicador que permite dar a conocer el grado de conocimiento que poseen los Presidentes de Acción Comunal en el tema de estudio. El resultado muestra que el 65% de los líderes tienen un conocimiento bajo o muy bajo acerca del tema, siendo necesario el fortalecimiento de competencias y conocimientos que les permita ser garante de los procesos de desarrollo en sus territorios. Es competencia del ente administrativo buscar aliados estratégicos que les permita fortalecer las competencias de este sector de líderes con el fin de implementar proyectos que dinamicen las economías por medio de los emprendimientos solidarios, entendiendo este último como un mecanismo de desarrollo territorial y que son los presidentes de Junta quienes fomentan tales acciones.
